    Department of Mineral Resources 2018 Rule Changes

    On October 12, Troy Coons gave testimony at the DMR 2018 rule changes hearing. On behalf of the NWLA membership Coons gave testimony in favor of certain rules; as well as encouraged changes to other rules. The full testimony is available here.
