  • Wind Energy Development – Background Memorandum

    The Legislative Management has been directed to study the impact of wind energy development on the environment. The Legislature prepared a short memorandum that describes some of the landowner rights and nature of wind development in ND. It can be found HERE.

    On October 12, Troy Coons gave testimony at the DMR 2018 rule changes hearing.
