Northwest Landowners Association and their legal counsel Braaten Law Firm will host a Zoom call on Thursday, July 16, 2026 from 6 pm to 7 pm Central time.
NWLA Chairman Troy Coons and general counsel Derrick Braaten, along with board members from NWLA, will be discussing the land and the law, and fielding questions regarding property rights and all things related. Landowners are encouraged to call in to learn about recent developments in property rights and emerging industries in North Dakota, from data centers to pipelines, produced water lithium extraction and issues related to mineral rights.
The call is open to anyone, including legislators and government officials. If you would like to send in questions in advance for consideration, please email them to northwestlandownersassociation@gmail.com.
