Members of NWLA attended a presentation from USEPA Representative, Will Folland, today during this months Hydrocarbon Remediation Workgroup meeting. Folland’s presentation discussed using a risk based decision making process for the hydrocarbon remediation guidelines. This process is health based and results in consistent decision making. Further speakers will be set up for future meetings before writing any guidelines.
